Just joined the forum because I'm looking for anything to help with my weight loss journey.
I've always been heavy and I don't like it. I've tried countless diets and gimmicks over the years and nothing seems to work.
Currently I'm doing 2 things. First is I've been on Weight Watchers for about 2 months. Lost 13 pounds in the first 3 weeks, then PMS week hit so I gained 5lbs of water. It took 1 1/2 to get rid of that and now I'm hovering at the same weight for the past 2 weeks. I've been researching the Keto Diet. I've cut most carbs out of my diet right now but still not losing pounds.
The second thing I'm doing is a weight management program through my employer's insurance. I have a gym membership, personal trainer, and nutritionist with the program. Met with the nutritionist last week and she seems to think my diet WW and Keto are fine and the weight will come off.
But I've been in the place before, weeks then months of losing nothing. So I end up saying why bother giving up all of the stuff I love for no return.
