Restarting with a new plan.
I am a 41 year old mom of two. After a blood pressure scare and ER visit on Christmas Eve, I decided it was time for a change. I've made some half hearted attempts before but so far, I'm doing really well this go around. I'm counting calories and doing water aerobics and swimming laps with a few other things mixed in when I can't get to the pool. I started at a high of 268 and half lost around 24 pounds in the 10 1/2 weeks since I started. I've recently hit one of those fun plateaus and am hoping to get some encouragement and good tips to help me along this journey.
