Hi, I'm melanie and will be turning 19 years old next month. It's hard to imagine by this age that i've gone on so many different diets over the past few years but it really all boils down to a dangerous binge-healthy repeat. I will eat at a strict 1,300-1,350 calories a day for about 6-7 days and then! 3,000 calories. So as you can probably see, over time the weight slowly begins to creep on, despite comments such as "Oh, you really don't eat that much.".
Well, i've used calorie counting apps for the past number of years, they've helped me have some sort of "control", but i've not had much sucess because
when i over-eat, i know i shouldn't be, but i do it anyway.
I've decided that by allowing myself some freedom over the next period of time, away from calorie counting. Focused more about the quality of food, the nutritional benefit of it , rather than "If i only eat half a slice of chocolate cake, it's not that bad". I'm also happy to offer support to others

.
