Shedding weight and years of fat shaming from the fam
Hi All,
Came across this site; I've been struggling with weight after years upon years of being fat shamed by the fam. I took a hold of it around my wedding, but now it's almost a year out, and the commercial diet didn't stick as well as it should have ( my transition off of it was not smooth and I didn't adhere to portion control as best as I should have).
I'm back on it now and adhering to a mixture of HMR pre-made meals ( for eating at work), and low calorie eats, shakes, and the fruits and veggies. I'm hoping to work out more consistently (5-7 days per week)( onwards with the fitbit walking measurements, as well as a crossfit gym membership). Into the great beyond we go!
