Newbie :)
The last year of my life was a roller coaster of a ride. From quitting a career of 22 years to stay home and take care of my mother who was dying of cancer, to losing my mom, to my first grandchild being born, to starting a work at home business, to going through the process of getting a divorce, and my health has suffered immensely.
When I signed with WW in October of last year and got my gym membership, I was 206 lbs. October was great, seeing some weight loss, November and the holidays came and boy, what a SPLAT IN THE FACE. I face planted!! No more gym, no more tracking my intake, zilch, zip, nadda, nothing.... and NOW here we are rolling into march.... literally rolling 222 lbs. WTH?! So it is time to get serious, I am reaching out to every avenue possible to keep motivated, to have the drive to lose this weight and be healthy for my children to my grand and NOT be a heart attack waiting to happen.
