Very funny how I stumbled across this site but I was googling for support knickers and somewhere amongst all the searching was your website and being the nosy old woman that I am, I just had to have a look and Im glad I did....its exactly what ive been looking for while not looking, if that makes sense!
Anyway in short...Im 52, originally from New Zealand but have been living in the UK for a long while now, married, overweight and limited with exercising thanks to a mva many years ago. Looking forward to getting some 'what works for me' tips from you - and thanks for having me
