Hi there, I’m a returning member. Same old story, I lost a bunch of weight and then gained it all back plus some. The eating and exercise habits I adopted to lose weight felt very good and sustainable for a couple of years, but I have this deeply ingrained tendency to disconnect from my body and use food to comfort/numb myself when I’m feeling stressed. I slid backwards, but I’m ready to get up and try again.
This board was incredibly helpful to me the first time around and I look forward to being an active member again. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend.
