Default Hi .... again? :)

I want to say that I posted in here a few times a while back but I can't be sure. lol Unfortunately I fell off the proverbial wagon so I am restarting this whole thing over again. In 2014 I lost 81 lbs but I have since put all that back on and now not only lose the 81 again but pick up there and continue onward. Overall I would like to lose at least 200lbs, if I lose more I won't complain. I am realistic and know this will take a great amount of time and effort on my part but I know it's a journey I must take. Just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone.

Hi there! Welcome back! Good for you for wanting to make a change! Of course it will take time, everything good takes time. But think of how great you're going to feel!

Hi
Just wanting to give three tips.
Take on a walking habit of about an hour after your last meal of the day if your able.
Learn to count calories and know what you calorie numbers are, how they change as lose weight.
And stay connected , you may try many things before you find what works best for you individually .finding a forum and thread to give and receive encourage has been a blessing for me and I suggest it for those who yo-yo.
Best wishes

I know the lose-gain-lose pattern well. Unfortunately.
In 2002-2004 I lost 104lbs (was just 16bs off target).
From 2004-2012 I regained 98lbs.
From June 2015 to Easter 2016 I lost 79lbs.
From Easter 2016 to December 28th 2016 I regained 52lbs.
From 28th December 2016 to today I've lost 6lbs.
At least I'm on the right trajectory at the moment!

I lose best by cutting out processed carbs, tho keeping plenty of veg and some fruit in there; walking as much as possible; joining one or more challenges or threads. I find that when I post less and less frequently, it means I've lost interest and control.

Good luck!!

Thanks for the encouragement y'all. It's a little difficult to find your "place" here with all the treads but I am sure with a little searching I shall find it. Hope you all are having wonderful weeks. Be Blessed!
