Hi... just joined WW online... and very confused at first with how to start. I live on a small island in BC, Canada and have no choice but to go 'online', as there are no "meetings" here. I'm sure my questions will seem silly, but please bear with me as I feel the online introduction is not al all intuitive and the chat line depends on who you get.
Q: is the smart-point calculator a printed list or an actual digital one?
Q: if I have a chance to get off-island to a real live meeting, what do you suggest i purchase to help me with the plan? cookbook? calculator? anything else ??????
