Default Noob on 3FC but not to Dieting!
Hello everyone!

I'm Kirsty, mad hairdresser and Mum on the road to trimmer tummy for Xmas.

I have been on Atkins again!!! for the last 6 weeks and making slow but certain progress with exercise..

Looking to make new diet buddies along the way so feel free to say hello!
