Hi all hope everyone is fine. I'm new to this. I need a buddy to take this journey with. Any takers? All I'm doing @ present is stretching exercises & short walks. Got to figure out what to do for a diet. In August my thyroid went outta whack causing A Fib I was started on a medication that causes weight gain. I've gained 24 lbs since Aug, 4th, do yoins think its a working. Lol folks.

Hey Welcome!

I have lost 39lbs on Diet alone, I am now bringing in the stretching and short walks along the beach. Only problem is, the winters here are horrible and it really isn't nice to be walking along the beach. The dog refuses to walk along it in driving rain and 50mph winds

I have about 100lbs still to lose and the plan is to of lost it all by January 2019 by the time I turn 30. Its a long process, but it didn't get there over night
