I'm a 26 year old girl from the Netherlands.
I've been struggling with my weight for such a long time. Over the years I've lost and gained a lot. Every time I start out motivated but that never lasts very long. I do eat healthy a lot but I also eat way too many sweets and cakes and I don't work out at all. I'm in terrible shape right now.
I want to develop a healthy eating pattern and exercise every day.
I'm excited about this forum. It will be nice to talk to people with the same issues/goals and motivate eachother ^^
I now weigh 84kg. According to the BMI calculator I am obese. I want to weigh 55, so I want to lose 29
I am new here, just started today, and trying to learn the ropes. I love sweets too, but I am very motivated, if you need any support, you can count on me!
I am there with you. Sweet lover myself. I am considered obese as well. Thankfully, I recently lost 23 pounds (10 kgs?), but I still have a lot of work to do. I ordered the P90 program (like P90x but less intense) and am hoping to kick start muscle building/toning. I am also 41. So, I can say that you are at least in a good frame of mind to want to get this under control in your 20's. Good luck to you.
