Hello to all: Have just been read the riot act by my body. If I don't do some serious altering of my habits, I won't be able to fuction like a human being should. At the moment, I cannot lift myself from the floor because of the effects of my 30+ weight gain. Between getting older, weaker, and heavier, my life has taken a sudden turn for the bleak!
I hope to find support, ideas, and inspiration from a whole lot of you.
BTW, how do I get one of those nifty graphs? The line thay shows your progress with cool graphics? I like to have a visualof my progress and the ones I see here are inspiring.
