Hello mary here, 53, stone and a half to lose.
Get to day 9 of cutting back and then have a binge.
I was good at one meal a day (OMAD) but don't know how to get over the afternoon period when I think about food non stop and not even hungry. Saw a thread on OMAD but can't find it now so can't ask on the thread.
Owards and Upwards as they say, Rome wasn't built in a day was it? Wish it was!
At least it is cooler today.
