Default returning

I was here many many years ago as rebel. Who knows what email I used back then. Anyway, I need to become much more fit, and in the process lose at least the 40 pounds I've increased beyond what was my STARTING weight last time I was here.
South Beach Diet was what I did last time, which was good for the 15 pounds, along with the exercise that also went by the wayside.

Hi Reb,

Welcome back. Hope you have lots more success. I am a bit of a rebel myself. I love to eat. Anyway, it is not easy getting started...I am in the same boat. I just joined. I guess I will start with baby steps.
GOALS:
1) find Richard Simmons food mover.
2) read books about mindfulness and eating.
