I was here many many years ago as rebel. Who knows what email I used back then. Anyway, I need to become much more fit, and in the process lose at least the 40 pounds I've increased beyond what was my STARTING weight last time I was here.
South Beach Diet was what I did last time, which was good for the 15 pounds, along with the exercise that also went by the wayside.
