New and frustrated
Hello... Just joined and in some serious need of advice or direction or maybe just to know I'm not the only one. LOL ..Here's a quick run down... I have always .. and I mean always been overweight. Actually most everyone in my family has a weight problem. That of course has led to many weight related health problems. I have everything I need for motivation in my life. I recently got married for the second time ( to the man I should never have let go lol ) and I have 6 amazing sons. My husband loves me genuinely and unconditionally. He never tells me no for anything ( not always a good thing let me assure you ) and my boys ( ages 16,14,10,6,3 & 2 ) are huge cheerleaders when I need it. YET ... I constantly sabotage myself!! I have absolutely no self control and I can't understand why I'm doing this to myself! At 38 years old.. and 225 lbs .. I know how to eat better choices and I know I should be more active. Any advice, ideas, opinions? Hopefully I'm not the only one
