Oh gosh, Introductions. I'm so bad at these!
I'm Fee. I'm 29. From the UK but currently living in Spain.
I was in a pretty abusive relationship until 2.5 years ago. A relationship that resulted in me putting on a lot of weight and ballooning up to 250lbs (though i've always been chubby or at the very least, curvy, my whole life) I was depressed, unhappy and had some insane self esteem issues, which I still suffer with today though not on such a grand scale.
HOWEVER, In the past 2 years, I met the man of my dreams, moved countries twice, started caring about my body and my health, went vegan and in the process lost a lot of that weight. I am currently sitting somewhere around 178lbs but looking to get that down to around 130-135. We both bought some bikes this week and hoping that is going to kickstart my weightloss again, since i had hit a bit of a plateau.
Since my OH has suffered with his weight and EDs himself, its such a great support to have him doing this with me but the more the merrier I always say! I've signed up here because I believe in strength in numbers.
