Default new girl here
Hi everyone, I just joined so I hope I'm posting this correctly. I'm 29 years old and my weight has been up and down so many times. I'm currently on an exercise routine that's working nicely. I found this site and thought I'd try and make a few friends to encourage me.
I want to feel better and look better. I'm really girly and I want to wear pretty clothes and feel good about myself. I don't feel very good right now! I'm pear shaped and have a really fat bottom for my height. It makes me sad to try and squish into clothes I'd like to wear. Anyway, thanks for reading, I hope to meet lots of nice people!

Hi Pammygirl and welcome! Great that you have found an exercise routine that is working for you. Good luck on your goals. Also, you may want to find some thread that post regularly for support. One active thread is the June accountability thread and you will find it under "Weight loss support."
