Hi, everyone I've just joined and not sure yet how to use this site, so bear with me. I have to my shame got 15 stone to lose, I'm a emotional eater! Four years ago I lost over eight stone before giving up and putting it all on again, tried numerous times to start that 'tomorrow' diet again and again, you know I'll have this pizza and chocolate bar and diet tomorrow. But this weight has stopped me living for around ten years so something has to be done! I know most of you will only have a small amount of weight to lose but it would be nice to make friends and lose it together. X Rosielee

Actually there are a lot of people here who have a lot of weight to lose, and many who have lost huge amounts. In any case, this is not a place for "shaming" but for understanding and encouragement. Hope you find places to jump in very soon.

Hi Rosielee. Welcome. I tried to write this yesterday morning but my computer is too slow and it wouldn't enter. I have a lot of weight to lose- over 100 pounds. I am also an emotional eater. What kind of diet plan are you going to use? Whatever the plan best wishes on your weight loss journey.
