A friend recommended this group for me. I was always about 30 lbs overweight until my husband and I started dating 16 years ago and an additional 90 pounds later here I am.
My biggest problems seem to be impulse control (I want it now!), my husband, tracking what I eat and falling off the wagon and into a bag of chips.
Plus my two year old is underweight (micro-preemie 25 weeker) and so we work on helping her gain weight as healthfully as possible.
I know that planning, variety and tracking really help me. I hope this is my last summer that I feel bad about the way I look. I'm kind of doing WW.
