New Here

  • Hi everyone,

My name is Amy. I am new to this forum. I am 36 years old a d currently a full time student. I am working on my paralegal degree.
I'm from the south where food is the center of everything. I decided to join because I am trying to make a change in my life. I was recently smacked in the face with how much I actually weighed. I ignored it and pretended that I didn't have an issue. I had a job that I had to quit because my weight was making it difficult to work. If that wasn't bad we, I got on a scale that weighed up to 430 pounds and I got an "Error" message instead of my weight. I've never been over 430 and now I hit rock bottom.
I decided to make a change. After about a month of dieting, I am at 415. Not near my goal yet but I'm getting there.
Being here I hope to get the support I need to keep pushing and not stopping until I meet my goal.

Well done on the weight loss so far. You will never see that error sign on the scales again. Think how much healthier you will be as you shred the weight!
