Default Old Member Ready To Start Again!

Hi guys! I've done this thing more times than I can count - long story short, I got myself up to 306lbs by age 20, and I got down to 185 by age 22. I have regained over the last year due to a death in the family and now I'm sitting at 212lbs... I have definitely come a long way, and I know I haven't thrown all that progress out, but seeing that scale tip back over 200 is terrifying! I am as determined as ever to lose this regain and then some, and it's so exciting to see that this forum is still around! Can't wait to get back on the grind with you guys

Waving! I know exactly how you feel. My stats were 274 - 136 - 268, so you've done a lot better than me about not regaining too much. Good luck!!

Hello, I am a new member here. January 2015 I started at 249, lost down to 195, and now I'm at 208. I got off track during the holidays, as I do every single year, and have not been able to get back on track. I'm hoping to find some support and buddies here to help me stay motivated.

Hi all,

I'm new here and am on my third attempt to lose weight and more importantly keep it off! I lost almost three stone a couple of years ago but have put on almost two of those stone again. I wondered what plan (if any) you ladies have followed which has been so successful for you?

I am trying to lose weight again after having my last child. My stats were 266-190-227. I went down to 210 over the last 8 weeks but then hit a bump and gained a pound back :/
