Hi guys! I've done this thing more times than I can count - long story short, I got myself up to 306lbs by age 20, and I got down to 185 by age 22. I have regained over the last year due to a death in the family and now I'm sitting at 212lbs... I have definitely come a long way, and I know I haven't thrown all that progress out, but seeing that scale tip back over 200 is terrifying! I am as determined as ever to lose this regain and then some, and it's so exciting to see that this forum is still around! Can't wait to get back on the grind with you guys
