Default Hello! New Member!
Hi there,

I just started the Ideal Protein eating plan January 13, 2016. I am so happy that I found this website. It looks like there is so much support! It is great to know that I am not alone on my struggle and journey to lose weight!
I was hoping that maybe someone can let me know a few things...
1- When does your profile picture appear? I changed mine and it hasn't shown up yet.

2- How do you get that little weight loss tracker to appear on your posts?

I think you should be able to set up a profile picture immediately, but I could be wrong. From FAQ: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/freq...-username.html
