Stumbled onto this website and this forum. Really glad I did. I've been on a successful journey since July 1 and down 55 in total (42 since July 1). Using weight watchers with no refined sugar and white flour. Seems this is the way they are moving anyway so i'm glad. I love Zumba and Walk away the pounds. I have been fat all my life with a few brief attempts at losing weight and the resultant gaining it back plus!
This feels different. I am taking it one day at a time and committing every morning. I am doing what needs to get done and always looking for more support, and encouragement.
