
Good day to everyone! I'm so excited to be on this forum! I've seen it before while doing searches for health related concerns and I've always thought it looked great but today I've joined!
A couple days ago, I decided to really cut down on my sugar intake and try to eat healthier foods that are fresher and more nutrient dense. I'm excited to say that after only a couple of days, I've noticed that I don't hit a major wall during my day and don't feel as tired as I do when I eat a lot of sugary foods. I can't say for certain because its been such a short time but I hope this really helps me to both lose weight and become a more stable individual.
I have fought with depression, anxiety, and many other things for years. I'm 31 years old and I'm a data assistant so I'm very sedentary at work. Although I try to take walks and get myself moving as well as drink a lot of water, I really hope to learn a lot from everyone else on this forum and am very open to learning new things and finding better options!
