After 2 kids and 60 pounds I'm getting back on the wagon.
Greetings all! 2 years ago I lost over 80 pounds with weight watchers and the supportive people in this forum. 2 kids later I have found myself back up to 201# and I am NOT happy about it. I just had my 29th bday and I resolved that for my 30th I am going to meet my goal and get back down to a healthy weight. 140 is my ultimate goal. Glad to be back on this forum! Huzzah!

What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? When my size 16 pants didn't fit anymore
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? My depression leads me to eat all the things I shouldn't. Plus mommy on the go, I end up putting myself last.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Counting calories. keeping up with daily walking, not drinking all my calories
