Hi all!
I've been struggling with weight since I got married in '89. I finally put my foot down and with the help of all the great videos on YouTube, I've gained inspiration. One in particular really caught my attention and that was Impatient Dieter and her daily v-log of her journey. All I can say is wow. I must of watched her entire channel at least 10x before figuring out how I can do it. I ordered 12 boxes of the WonderSlim shakes. I went out to the store and got the pre packed salads with the dressings, some soups, chicken, veggies and fruit. Now mind you, I love to juice. So I will be adding my morning carrot/apple and daily Mean Green to this plan. I also am going from 64 oz of water to a gallon a day. I am going to try to do 1200 calories a day. I've never counted calories before. I've only watched sodium intake since I can't do a lot of salt. Once I figure out this forum and how I can do a daily diary, I'll be on my way.
By the way, I started 3 days ago. 2 shakes was all I could do and 3/4th gallon of water plus my meals. I gained a pound. Ugh. 2 days ago I did 3 shakes and a gallon of water plus my meals. I woke up and lost 5 lbs.

I'm sure it's all water weight but I'm not complaining! I told my husband to get the treadmill out of the garage and into the spare bedroom! It's been sitting there, folded, for 3 years against the wall. I'm going to start doing 30 minutes of basic walking on it (no height adjustments) until I feel ready to do 45 minutes then 1 hour etc. I'm stoked! Today I'll do 4 shakes, 1 gallon of water and my meals/juices. I hope to eventually do the 7 shakes a day. They really are thick and filling which surprised me. Started at 230, gained 1, lost 5 = 226. 96 lbs more to go to 130.
