Hi! Well this is a start, and the start that I need! I'm hoping that if I join a forum and actually talk about weightloss, I might actually get somewhere.... (Fingers crossed)! So my story.... I have basically just got fatter and fatter with every year I have been married, and especially since I've had children. But it's got to the point where I hate leaving the house because I just hate the way I look. And that's not healthy! It's time to do just do it. I've tried being healthy and exercising but I lack will power. I think I am the most weak willed person in the world! This time I have decided to try diet shakes, I'm doing optislim for (hopefully) two weeks and then I plan to eat small healthy portions. The diet shakes are good for me as I don't need to think about food, (but can still prepare for my kiddies). I will shake it for two meals and then healthy dinner for the last. Even though optislim says to replace all three, I don't feel that is right for me. Anyway I'm sure this is enough of an introduction.... (I could just keep going
