So a little about me, my name is Nessa, married with 3 kiddos. Work in mental health with youth. Currently just started a 90 day challenge with BBV where they focus on 10lbs at a time and have amazing mentors helping you along the way! I've lost a total of 15lbs so far. My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 90 days, and 100lbs in a year to enter into their 100lb club. For me, this program has given me so much more energy, curbs my appetite and is helping me lose fast.
