I am a mom to a beautiful 20 month old boy who I love to pieces. I was 165 when I got pregnant. 200 at time of his birth. Within 30 weeks I was down to 148 lbs. I evened out at 155 lbs. Did the WW simply filling diet in February for 30 days as challenge against my sister. Dropped to 145. Stopped BFng end of June and the weight has slowly crept back up. I was 159 end of aug and currently 166. UGH!!!
I had always been petite..// I weighed 110 when I was 25.. Now that I have reached 30 food has just learned to cling to me and I am much less active. My bf and I are planning on joining the local gym this week.
So now it is time for me to spend time on ME. I am going grocery shopping with the Simply Filling list tonight to start tomorrow. My sister rejoined weight watchers last week. Hoping we can do weekly weigh ins with each other as support. My goal is lose to at least be at 150 by Thanksgiving... If I don't reach that it is ok... Slow and steady wins the race...
Pierce0127! I think you've got this! Joining a gym, losing weight with the support of your sister (and now 3FC), having a tried and true weight loss plan and preparing your kitchen for it, and having the right attitude in knowing this isn't a race are all tools for success! Good luck!
