Another new one
Hi, am never quite sure what to write in these introductions. I'm 30 years old, have been quite slim for most of my life and actually don't have that much weight to lose, but those few pounds seem to be quite hard. Aside from getting back to my ideal weight which I've had for most of my life, I want to get fitter as well. I'm not unfit, I think, but am aware that it's not as easy to stay fit in your 30s as it was in my early 20s, so I need to work a bit harder.
