Hi Everyone! I was googling recipes and came across this website. It seems like a very supportive group and thought I would give it a try. I lost 20lbs on Weight Watchers and reached my goal....as the months went by, I started indulging a little too much on sweets and pasta. I noticed my clothes starting to get a little snug but even that didn't seem to slow me down. Now it is to the point where I am 3lbs away from my Weight Watchers starting weight and I have hit a major depression. So, here I am, hoping to find a group with the same struggles as me.

Take a look all around 3FC and jump in on any of the threads. Some are more active than others (you can usually tell by the dates), but you are welcome to post in any of them! People are very nice here, and the more involved you get, the better your experience will be! Good luck!
