everyone is different, and what works for one might not work for another. For me, it was easier to calorie count. I was pretty strict when I started out, but it worked for me. I used a calorie counting app on my phone. I also advise that you are open to try different foods. I've had some pretty good stuff that I would have never thought I liked. Do your stomach /digestive problems limit the type of food you can eat?
