As far as your weight creeping up, since you have hypothyroidism and PCOS, the first thing you might want to do is see your doctor and have a check-up. Just make sure nothing medical is going on, that your thyroid is under control, your blood sugar is good, and all that. Meanwhile, you could keep a journal of what you're eating and see if you are consuming more calories than you thought. That can easily happen to any of us!
