    Hi Lacy.. welcome. I think you have to be a member for a few weeks and then you can add a signature.

    So how did you lose weight over the past few months?

    Re ticker, last time I checked, it's 20 posts and 20 days, then you can add a ticker. Has something to to do with filtering spammers.
