Newbie here!
Really happy to find such a supportive and active (and free!) community - looking forward to being part of it.
A bit about me: I've struggled with my weight all my life, though of course the size I was when I was much younger and was 'struggling' seems tiny to me now! I've lost 120 lb before but gained it all back and then some. So here I am. I want to be able to keep up with my kids better and go bike riding and hiking and swimming with them. I have osteoarthritis in my knees and I've really started struggling to get around with the latest 20 lb gain. I love walking and would like to add that back into my life in a big way, along with some strength training (tired of feeling weak!), but I'm going to start with concentrating mostly on healthy eating and go from there.
