Hi all. I am new to this whole losing weight thing. I had my son in 2012 and have lost a lot of weight since then but I got a lot of skin from it. I went from almost 200 lbs to 165 which is my current weight. What can I do to get rid of the skin and love handles?

They might have some answers. What I do know is that we are all different and so our bodies react to weight loss slightly-to-greatly differently.
