New and need motivation
Hi all. I am new to this whole losing weight thing. I had my son in 2012 and have lost a lot of weight since then but I got a lot of skin from it. I went from almost 200 lbs to 165 which is my current weight. What can I do to get rid of the skin and love handles?:?:

:welcome: Apalmer! Glad to have you here! We have a maintainers section here and that might be a good place to look for threads on those issues, since they've already been through it. They might have some answers. What I do know is that we are all different and so our bodies react to weight loss slightly-to-greatly differently. I hope you find some answers to help ease your mind though! Good luck!
