100+ pounds to lose
Hi
I am a new mom weighing 292lbs which is 3lb lower than two days ago at 295lb. I am eager to get to my previous stable weight milestones of 265, 240lbs and my lowest in last 10years of ~220lb.
Plan is to eat healthy nourishing foods in limited quantity when I am hungry. Drink plenty of water and some green tea. Slowly add walking and then later Zumba for exercise as the body heals.
Any tips or suggestions are most welcome. I have a long journey ahead of me, I'm looking forward to finding buddies and friends for support and encouragement.
