I am new on here again. I have lost weight before but after many medical issues and dealing with thyroid and type 1 diabetes-related medical challenges, I have put on weight and sadly am at my heaviest at 240 lbs and 5'9". I have always been okay with my own self-image and this is the first time that I don't feel like this is my body anymore and I am tired of being apathetic about it. I have decided I need to commit now to doing SOMETHING, even if it is simple at this point. I am finally ready to commit and do it. I just want to feel healthier!

back, Seakat, from one person who just returned to another! I did the same thing, gained all my weight back and more. I don't know why I did it! I have no excuse! But I do know I can't leave 3fc again. What diet plan are you using?
