Hi all. I'm new to the support group/forum thing but am 300+ and tired of it. Instead of giving up like I recently had the desire to do I decided to get more proactive and am reaching out. Looking forward to talking and hearing from you all. I am a healthy eater and regular exerciser which my weight makes difficult to believe, I know. Anyone else? I am also looking into OA and/or WW but not sure which would be better. Probably OA as I am pretty sure at this point that I have some underlying issues that diet and exercise alone can't help. Besides, there is no chance I'm "weighing in" at every meeting. Ugh.
