Hi, I'm a newbie
Hi,
Well I'm excited to join this site, so many wonderful pieces of advice.
I joined WW last fall, lost 16 lbs, quit in December and I have kept it off!! I amazed myself!
Now I'm back on Ww to get another 10 lbs off ( fingers crossed) .
I know I need help with a bad habit of snacking in the evening, I blame it on Netflix LOL.
I don't snack on junk, but bananas, peanut butter, graham wafers. Just starving starving at night.
Thanks for any ideas
Bye the way I still need to lose20 lbs.
