Hello everyone!
I am very excited to be here.
I am in desperate need of a support group and accountability - this place seems like a great combination of the two.
I am 29 years old and will be turning 30 in September- which I am not really dreading or looking forward to, but I would like to get myself to a healthier place before I hit that mark. I have battled with my weight my entire life. I have fluctuated up and down around a 60-70 pound range, and yet again, I am at one of the heaviest weights I have been in a long time.
I know what works and what does not and it's just a matter of sticking to my plan. I will admit it- I am a huge sugar addict. When I watch my carb intake, pounds fall off.
I am excited to get to know all of you and be in this journey together.

chickaboomboom.. you can find lots of support here. Ive lost weight with 3fc a few times and strayed away and always gained it back, i just came back because this forum has helped me in the past and im ready to lose and keep it off this time. Im like you, if keep my carbs low, i lose weight to.. Im doing akins. There are lots of different plans here you can try. Akins works best for me..
