Lose 10 lbs. in 1 mo.

  • Is this possible? I'm thinking of trying the no-rice diet. Any comment on this? Exercise's out of the question. Too busy.
  • I've lost about ten pounds in one month, and you tend to loose a lot when you first start cause you are dropping water weight. However, ten pounds a month isn't something I could personally keep doing... you're better off at aiming for 1-2 pounds a week. I'm not saying don't make it a goal, but don't get disappointed with your self, frustrated or mad if you don't make it. Just remember how much every pound actually is (it's a lot!) and don't get discouraged.
  • @SenseAndSensibility Thank you for the confidence boost. I can do it! But if I failed and just lose 8 lbs, I won't get frustrated specially since I experienced doing the treadmill and it took forever for me to burn that 1 lb. So 8 lbs isn't that bad. Good luck to me!
