Hi I never know what to put on these posts. My name is Amber, I'm 25 and I have a gorgeous 3 year old son . I need to lose an awful lot of weight, I do not know exactly how much atm but I have my first session with a councelor on Thursday and I am bloody terrified BUT i am determined to live so I will do my best.
Is there anyone else here in the UK? I'm in the east midland area near Northampton. I have anxiety issues and would love to get the courage up to meet new people.
