New from NW Florida

Hi All,

Just started the SBD Sunday. I did the SBD a while back (10 yrs) and lost 35 lbs.. This last year was rough, and I lost my way when it came to eating healthy.

So here I go again ..
Found the site looking for SBD Phase1 Dessert recipe. Found the Peanut Butter cookies - YUMM - I so needed that!

EV, what are these peanut butter cookies you speak of? I do SBD too, so I'm interested! Although, I just finished Phase 1 and entered Phase 2 today. Looking forward to my apples.
