I am new to 3 fat chicks but not diet forums as I used to be on diettalk. The last time I tried going on there it was totally changed and didn't look the same at all...had nothing to do with dieting. I am on the weight loss journey again and am doing pretty well this time. However, I can use the support.
Hi Toni! I am in Bismarck! When I was on dt I met someone from Mandan and we have become friends. However, we are both busy so don't get together as often as we like!
Awesome, well good luck to you! Whenever I get to Bismarck I try to make a stop at Terri's natural health shop because all those products and snacks inspire me to make better choices!
I go there once in awhile. I plan on going to the gluten free store today in Mandan. I have gone gluten free and am so much better in some aspects of my health. Unfortunately they are closing. :-( So I am going to stock up while I can!
I am hoping to lose another 6 pounds or so by March 6th...one month. We have family friends coming so hitting my 70lb loss would be awesome. We house a Bismarck Bobcats hockey player and his parents are coming for a visit. We haven't seen them in a year so it will be fun!!
Thanks Mama and Mary! I think I will too. This week I gained 7 pounds! Ugh! However, now we (my mom and I) are members of the Y. We have swam a couple of times since we joined. Weekends with my work schedule I am unable to go there to workout but during the year when it is nice out I can go for walks and such. Monday morning I plan on going and walking the treadmill and Monday night I am going swimming with my little sister that I volunteer with. My eating is back on track so we will see what Thursday brings!
