Smile Introduction ( Newbie )

Hey Eveyone,

My name is Carly. Im 24 and i am currently studying my Diploma of beauty.

Im on this site to get motivation and support to lose weight, i am currently ( or as per last weigh in ) 150kgs which is obviously not only unhealthy but extremely dangerous. To make things just that harder have a genetic metabolic disorder called PKU which is mostly dietary. Google pku if you dont know what it is, theres TONES on info, but in hindsight it effects 1:10,000 people, so yeah im just that lucky LOL

i had previously in 2011 lost 30kgs, but somehow i dramatically fell off the wagon and put it all back n and then some... in 2 years.
I am back on track even though its extremely hard, id appreciate any ideas, tips and advice. Its why im here

I want babies one day and i need to get healthy for that to happen, PKU wise a well as weight, one step at a time i guess.

Can wait to talk to you all

Welcome!
What method are you using to lose weight?
I calorie count and it's going well so far, but I plan on calorie counting forever, moving forward, which might not work for everyone.
Hope you can find something that's sustainable for you!

Welcome! I am a calorie counter like faiora and it has been working for me splendidly. I can still eat whatever I want and not feel like I'm "cheating". There's an entire forum dedicated to this method and a lot of apps to help you track them. Good luck on your journey!
