Hello!

My name is Melanie, I'm 29 and live in Maryland. I'm married and I have a son that just turned 2 (last week) and a 9 month old son. I have been overweight pretty much my entire life and I've been struggling to lose weight for many years. My biggest problem is cravings and stress eating and its mostly sweets (candy, cake, brownies) that I go for. Also, I have some issues with self control with sweets and I eat way too much of it if its around. My highest weight was 240 and that was back when I was in high school, a few months back (i wanna say 5-6 months) when I decided to try again to lose the weight and get healthy I was 222 lbs. Currently I weigh 207, my lowest so far was 204 lbs a couple weeks back but after my sons birthday and Thanksgiving I put some weight back on. My final goal weight is 140-150 lbs. I'm still struggling and having trouble sticking with eating healthy. I'm happy to have found this forum and hope I am able to find some support during my journey to get healthy and lose weight.
