Hello all , I just started ideal protein 2 weeks ago, hope to find some supports here as it is really hard to get through xmas on a diet

Thanks Lexx, I am much motivated and encouraged after seeing some of the peeps here who actually stayed on P1 for months. Not being able to eat fruits is a huge challenge for me.
